    New Therapy Groups at HeadFirst Counseling! We are pleased to announce that HeadFirst Counseling is now offering group therapy for select populations of our clients. Group therapy can further enhance and speed along growth and progress in individual therapy, or is sometimes a stand alone treatment. Group therapy is also more cost effective and is a welcome alternative for some clients looking to receive therapy services but aren’t able to commit to weekly individual sessions.
